The botanic garden (Jardin Andalusi) of Casarabonela is well known for its collection of cactus plants, there are 2.500 species from all over the world. Casarabonela is a bit further off the beaten track, but still located only 40 minutes (47 km.) from Málaga and the airport. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are a 45 minutes (62 km.) drive.
