Jim Muirhead - Director

I have worked in local property since 2003 and have since witnessed the boom, bust and recovery. It may sound strange, but I firmly believe that the recession was the best thing that happened to the area. It provided a price-correction, market stabilisation and a chance to "start again." Despite the slow market during the recession, interest in Marbella never went away because the economy did not affect the climate, which is the biggest draw to the area.

I spent 6 years with one of the coasts market leaders, specialising in high end luxury property, before entering a joint-venture with UK based Renew Land Developments. To join forces with such a credible and professional company was an excellent opportunity. The aim is to continue providing an excellent, honest and professional service for clients looking to buy their dream home on the Costa Del Sol.

I love living where I do. My interest in Golf and other outdoor activities means that there is no better place to live.

Lee Dawkin - Director

Based in the UK, I operate Renew Land Developments, a property development company. Looking to spend more time in a warmer climate, my discussions with Jim resulted in the creation of Renew Realty. Our vision for an exclusive service in real estate, combined with my experience in property development seemed like the perfect fit.

Rebecca Muirhead-Soper - Customer Services Manager

During my first holiday in Marbella 14 years ago, having finished university with a degree in International Business, I quickly decided that this was the lifestyle choice for me! A few weeks´ later I moved lock, stock and barrel to Marbella and I have not looked back since.

Having experienced working for the largest agent on the coast, a much more hands on role in a family run business and more recently a five year stretch dealing in high end luxury property, my knowledge, understanding and passion for such a vibrant Real Estate market has soared.

Working my way up to Customer Services Manager, I fully understand the needs of those looking to take the next step in finding their home in the sunshine. I relish ensuring that my clients have all of their questions answered in achieving their end goal whether regarding the process of purchasing, areas of the coastline, healthcare, schooling… and I look forward to helping you here at Renew Realty.

With over 25 years of design and marketing experience, it was great to be involved in launching Renew Realty in Spain.
