Terms & Conditions
Extraordinary Extras will be redeemable at completion of any property purchases which are secured with a reservation fee by 20th December 2024.
- All clients will receive a bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne on the day of completion.
- Luxury Dining Experience is redeemable on all property purchases of €350,000 and above and restaurant spend limited to €500.
- Solicitors fees to a value of €2000 are redeemable on all property purchases of €500,000 and above. We recommend our trusted partner Manzanares, but it applies across any solicitor of your choice. Payable at the point of completion.
- Interior Design Consultation and €5,000 to spend is redeemable on all property purchases of €1,000,000 and above, through our trusted partner Renew Interiors.
