LAST CHANCE for Residency with a Golden Visa

As an individual you need to invest €500,000 into property to quality for a Golden Visa. If you purchase a property of a higher value, the rest of the amount can be mortgaged, but there must be a cash investment of at least €500,000.

Apart from the financial requirement, you’re required to be at least 18 years of age and possess a clean criminal record and a private or public health insurance policy.

Detailed criteria:

  1.     You’re over 18
  2.     You’re not an illegal resident of Spain
  3.     You don’t have a criminal record in the last five years
  4.     You’re not on the list of undesirable people
  5.     You have private healthcare to cover your stay
  6.     You’re able to prove sufficient funds to live on without working in Spain
  7.     You’ve not been rejected for residence from certain other countries or from Spain
  8.     You don’t have any of the illnesses according to a 2005 regulation
The property you buy may also be rented out, if you are looking for more of an investment opportunity.
